Rushan City, thus named because of huge Rushan Mountain (breast-shaped mountain) inside its territory, covers an area of 1668 square kilometers, contains a population of 574,000 and under its jurisdiction administers two development zones of provincial class, 14 towns, one sub-district office and 601 villages.
