II. Project introduction

The project is located in the port-adjacent industrial park of Economic Development Zone, Rushan City. Planning area is 700 mu. 14 enterprises have settled in the park, including Fajun Industry and Haoan Goldtech etc. There is idle asset in area 240 mu now: shipyard in area 240 mu; building area is 23000m2. Relying on the second stage engineering of Rushan Port, the project will energize Rushan Shipyard and other idle assets, especially introduce and cultivate enterprises of large equipment manufacture, ocean engineering equipment manufacture, marine engineering manufacture, wind power equipment manufacture etc. and construct a new development site of heavy industry. Now several large projects are being negotiated for construction, including Ningbo Liantong Equipment Manufacture and Air Liquide project.

III. Project advantages

The first is superior port-adjacent conditions. The project adjoins Rushan Port, a national class-A open port that is closest to Japan and South Korea among the 79 national class-A open ports. This is convenient to directly transport large equipment and raw materials. With the planning and construction of the second stage of Rushan Port, the industrial chain of large equipment manufacture and ocean engineering equipment will extend continuously relying on the supporting service of port-adjacent industrial park, Economic Development Zone, Rushan City. The second is fast logistic transport. Rushan Port is close to Japan, South Korea, the cities in the middle and lower reaches of Changjiang River and other countries and regions. Logistics cost can be greatly lowered to save operation expenses of enterprises. The distance is shorter for 100-200 nautical miles comparing with northern ports (such as the ports of Tianjin, Dalian and Yantai). The third is solid industrial base. There are more than 300 enterprises around the project, involving new energy, new materials, equipment manufacture, seafood, information technology, port-adjacent heavy industry etc. There are more than 40 large-scale enterprises of machinery parts and equipment manufacture, including LEADGO motor, Bethel, Double Link Brake, Huabang Fine Blanking, Fajun Industry, Haoan Goldtech etc. Industrial development has been in large scale.

IV. Cooperative content

Undertake projects of large equipment manufacture, ocean engineering equipment manufacture, marine engineering manufacture, wind power equipment manufacture etc. by sole proprietorship, joint venture and cooperation.
